What do you do if someone is break a rule?:Let them explain it , If i dont like their reason i will Handle It whit an Warning / punishment

What would u do if: There was a arguement between two staff members?:1. I will tele them to a Calm place and let them speak 1 for 1
and let them explain it.
If they Still Are fighting i will have to jail them bouth till Alex or another Admin Come's online to speak about it and who we should belive and who we wouldn't
If 1 of them Doesn't agree whit our punishment Alex must handle about a Demote for ever our for a few days
