Step 1:
Click the Magic Tab and go onto "Skill Teleport" then click on "Mining"

Step 2:
Once you teleport to the Mining area there will be 2 people at the front. Bob and the Salesman. Click on Bob to buy a pickaxe. Iron Pickaxes cost 140gp.  32,000gp (32k) for Rune Pickaxe. Start out with buying the Iron Pickaxe then once you reach level 41 Mining get the Rune Pickaxe.
