Step 1: Click on Magic Tab and click on "Skill Teleport" once you click it go onto Woodcutting and you will be directly teleported to the woodcutting area.

Step 2: If you haven't already go buy a Iron Hatchet for 56gp and Rune Hatchet for 12,800gp (12.8k)

Levels:
Normal Tree: Level 1
Oak Tree: Level 15
Willow Tree: Level 30
Congrats You Can Use Rune Hatchet: Level 41
Yew Tree: Level 60
Magic Tree: 75
